My Vintage Inspired Halloween Tree And Decorations

I love this time of year! Halloween is traditionally the end of Harvest season and winter will be on its way. I do not like horror, I actually find it distasteful and not in keeping with my happy Halloween vibes, sure Halloween could be slightly spooky back in the day, but it sure wasn't the gorefest it has become. Remember dressing up, getting candy, going to community Halloween parties with wholesome games and candy prizes? I do, I'm a Gen Xer. We were allowed to be kids and dress up in costumes of people or things that fascinated us. It was fun. Teenagers were allowed too and they also dressed up and attended the community Halloween party. We had ours at the local Fish and Game, by a lake, in the forest. IT WAS AWESOME! I'm so fortunate to have grown up in Nova Scotia, Canada. Here's a few of my vintage inspired decorations. I set up a Halloween tree, including little orange lights.
